Looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live. Inwood Hill is the place to be. Apartment 6A, a corner apartment on the top floor of a lovely co-op, is bright and sunny. It faces an open sky towards the north and east. The apartment is an estate sale so could use a little love, mostly cosmetic. The building has a live in super, a laundry room, storage cages and a secure package area. The board is very convivial.
The back of the building has been arranged for you to have some peace and quiet while reading your book or listening to music. The building is pet friendly.
The neighborhood couldn't be nicer. Inwood Hill Park is just 2 blocks away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Transportation is easy with the A and the 1 trains just blocks away. Target is a 10-15 minute walk. BJ's is a short bus or subway ride.
There is an assessment of $233.31 for elevator replacement, scheduled to end in September 2025.
